I earned the CompTIA A+ certification, a widely recognized credential that demonstrates foundational skills in IT support and computer troubleshooting. During my certification process, I gained in-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, networking, and security protocols. This certification reinforced my ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain computer systems, providing the essential IT support that businesses require.
Though I allowed the certification to expire after it was no longer required for my day-to-day responsibilities, I remain proficient in all areas covered by the certification and can easily re-certify upon request. My technical expertise and experience in the field continue to ensure I am capable of handling IT issues across a wide range of systems and environments.
