In my role as a Computer Repairman at Computer All-Stars, I was responsible for refurbishing computers to support financially challenged families in the Ithaca area. This hands-on role involved diagnosing hardware issues, replacing faulty components, and performing general repairs to restore functionality to older systems. By refurbishing these computers, I helped make technology more accessible to those who otherwise could not afford new equipment, contributing to bridging the digital divide in the community.

Additionally, I developed a solid foundation in troubleshooting a wide range of hardware issues, from motherboard failures to hard drive replacements. I also assisted with software installation and configuration, ensuring that the systems were ready for use after repairs were completed. This role honed my technical problem-solving skills and deepened my knowledge of computer hardware, preparing me for future roles in IT and technology.
